We're based in Boyne City and coordinate weddings across Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula: Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, Walloon Lake, Traverse City, Mackinac Island, Marquette, and everywhere in between. Day-Of is $2,400, Month-Of is $3,700, and Weekend Management is $8,500. Prices include everything listed, within an hour of Boyne City. Optional add ons are on the Services page.

A planner builds the wedding with you from the start. A coordinator takes what you've built and runs it. Most couples find us mid planning, so coordination is our focus. If you're starting early, book a Planning Session, or ask us about full planning by custom quote.

A venue coordinator looks after the venue: the space, the catering, and the venue's rules. We look after you: every vendor, the timeline, the setup, and all the small details a venue coordinator doesn't handle. Most venue coordinators are glad to have us. It makes their day easier too.

They can, but nobody should have to work the wedding they're celebrating. Let them be guests too, so your favorite people are beside you all day.

Your date is held, and you'll schedule a welcome call within one to two weeks of booking. It's also your first planning call: we'll go over what you've booked so far and you can ask us anything. Then go enjoy being engaged. We pick planning back up two weeks before your wedding for Day-Of and six weeks before for Month-Of. For Weekend Management, we keep going from there.

As soon as you can. You don't need a venue yet, but knowing your date helps us check availability. We take a limited number of weddings each season, and summer Saturdays go first. Check your date anytime.

Never. Even if your wedding is a month away, Hazel can still help. Day-Of planning begins two weeks before your wedding, so there's time to get everything in place. Check your date, and if it's open, we'll make it work.

Yes. A signed agreement and a 30% deposit hold your date. The deposit goes toward your package, and the balance is split into two equal payments, spaced evenly between signing and your wedding.

No. Your deposit reserves your date and covers our early work, so it's kept if you cancel. Cancellations closer to the wedding follow the schedule in your agreement.

In the event of extenuating circumstances on our end, we'll arrange a qualified replacement or a refund.

Within 24 hours, or 48 if we're working another event. That goes for new inquiries and for questions after you book. Save the bigger ones for your planning calls, where they get real time.

Hazel leads every wedding herself, with an assistant when the event calls for it, at no extra cost. She'll know your vendors, your timeline, and your people inside and out, and you'll know exactly who's coming well before the day.

Every package includes carrying out your rain plan on the day. Month-Of and Weekend Management also include full weather planning, with a backup plan built well ahead of time. Either way, the call gets made early and calmly, and your guests only ever see one plan.

Rehearsal direction is included in every package: processional order, cues, and timing, run on site. Rehearsal dinner coordination is an optional add on for $600, and it's included in Weekend Management.

Yes. Every couple gets our preferred vendor list, and if you're still looking for the right florist, bakery, rentals, or content creator, we'll make the introductions.

Within an hour of Boyne City, travel is included. Beyond that, travel starts at $250, and overnight stays are quoted individually.
