Day-Of Coordination
For couples who have planned every detail themselves and need a professional to carry it across the finish line.
Planning together begins two weeks before your wedding. We learn everything you've built and take the logistics off your hands.
Month-Of Coordination
For couples who have booked most of their vendors but want an experienced professional to fill the gaps and handle the final stretch.
This is when the details multiply and the questions arrive faster than you can answer them.
Planning together begins six weeks before, so we don't just run your plan. We strengthen it.
Weekend Management
For the celebration that doesn't fit inside a single day.
Guests fly in Thursday. A welcome dinner at the lake Friday. The wedding Saturday. A farewell brunch Sunday.
We coordinate every event, and planning together begins the day you book.
Prices include everything listed, within an hour of Boyne City. A signed agreement and 30% deposit hold your date, and the balance is split into two equal payments, spaced evenly between signing and your wedding. Optional add ons are below.

Day-Of Coordination
- Welcome call (your first planning call) within one to two weeks of booking to review your vision, priorities, and non negotiables
- Full review of all signed vendor contracts and confirmation of what each vendor promised
- Optional on-site venue walkthrough with you and your venue coordinator
- Detailed wedding day timeline, built by us and distributed to every vendor and to your designated day-of contacts
- Direct vendor communication and confirmation in the weeks leading up to your day
- Ceremony rehearsal direction, including processional order, cues, and timing
- Complete on-site management of your wedding day, from setup through every special moment we plan together
- Setup and styling of personal décor: place cards, signage, guest book, favors, gifts
- Point of contact for every vendor, so no one is asking you questions
- Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf
- Emergency kit on hand for whatever the day decides to throw at us
Month-Of Coordination
- Extended planning period beginning six weeks before your wedding
- Comprehensive review of your full vendor roster, with recommendations where gaps exist
- We become the primary point of contact for all vendors, taking your inbox back
- Ongoing check-ins throughout the final weeks, so you always know exactly where things stand
- Floor plan and layout consultation for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- Guest logistics guidance: transportation timing, accommodation blocks, arrival flow
- Contingency and weather planning, with a fully developed backup plan, agreed with you and your vendors well before the day, so the weather never becomes your job
Weekend Management
- Your wedding day plus up to three weekend events, such as a welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch, each run start to finish. Every event counts separately, and any events beyond those three are quoted individually.
- Multi venue logistics and transitions between locations
- Guest transportation coordination across the full weekend
- Master weekend timeline distributed to vendors, venues, and your wedding party
- Out of town guest experience planning: welcome bags, arrival information, activity recommendations
- Vendor coordination across every event, not only the wedding itself
- Hazel and an expanded on-site team across the weekend, included in your package
- End of night teardown: personal décor packed, vendor check in, and rentals ready for pickup
- A single point of contact for your entire weekend, from the first arrival to the last goodbye

Travel
We're based in Boyne City and travel across Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.
Within an hour of Boyne City, travel is included. Beyond that, travel starts at $250, and overnight stays are quoted individually.

What happens after you book
Your date is held.
A welcome call within one to two weeks. It's also your first planning call, at a time you choose.
Then go enjoy being engaged. Planning picks back up two weeks out for Day-Of and six weeks out for Month-Of. Weekend Management keeps going from there.

No surprise costs. Anything purchased before or on your wedding day is approved by you first.
